ARAMARKUNIFORM&CAREERAPPAREL,LLCVENDORCODEOFCONDUCTBYSIGNINGBELOW,THEUNDERSIGNED(REFERREDTOHEREINAS"VENDOR",WHETHERPROVIDINGSERVICESORMATERIALS)ACKNOWLEDGESTHATARAMARKUNIFORM&CAREERAPPAREL,LLCANDITSDIVISI***,SUBSIDIARIESANDAFFILIATES(COLLECTIVELY,“ARAMARK”ORTHE"COMPANY")DOESNOTCONDONEORPERMITTHEVIOLATIONOFANYAPPLICABLEUNITEDSTATES,FOREIGNORINTERNATIONALLAWS,RULESORREGULATI***,INCLUDING,WITHOUTLIMITATION,ANYLAWSGOVERNINGEMPLOYMENTORLABOR,THEENVIRONMENT,THEPROVISIONOFSERVICESORTHESALEOFGOODS.VENDORFURTHERACKNOWLEDGESTHATCOMPANYDOESNOTCONDONEORPERMITTHEUSEOFCHILD,FORCED,INDENTURED,PRISON,INVOLUNTARY,ORUNCOMPENSATEDLABORINTHEMANUFACTURINGOFANYMATERIALSFORARAMARKUNDERANYCIRCUMSTANCESORANYACTIVITIESWHICHAREINVIOLATIONOFINTERNATIONALAGREEMENTSORAPPLICABLECUSTOMSOROTHERLAWS,INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,FALSEDECLARATI***OFCOUNTRYOFORIGINOROTHERFALSEDOCUMENTATION,COUNTERFEITVISASORILLEGALTRANSSHIPMENTTOEVADETHETEXTILEQUOTARESTRAINTAGREEMENTSNEGOTIATEDBETWEENTHECOUNTRYOFEXPORTANDTHECOUNTRYOFIMPORT.VENDORACKNOWLEDGESAPOLICYAGAINSTENGAGINGINANYILLEGALACTIVITIESANDWILLNOTPURCHASEPRODUCTSORSERVICESPROVIDEDTHROUGHTHEUSEOFANYUNLAWFULORUNETHICALPRACTICES.Infurtheranceoftheforegoing,VendorrepresentsandwarrantsthatVendorcomplieswiththefollowing:ChildLabor:Vendordoesnotuseworkersthatareyoungerthan15yearsofage(or14yearsofagewherec***istentwithInternationalLaborOrganizationguidelinesandthelocallawallowssuchexception)ortheageforcompletingcompulsoryeducation,ortheminimumageestablishedbylaw,whicheverisgreater.Vendorobservesalllegalrequirementsforworkofemployeesunder18yearsofage,particularlythosepertainingtohoursofworkandworkingconditi***.CompensationandBenefits:Vendorpaysatleasttheminimumtotalcompensationrequiredbylocallaw,includingallmandatedwages,allowancesandbenefits.Environment:Vendorcomplieswithenvironmentallaws,rules,regulati***andstanda***applicabletoitsoperati***.ForcedLabor:Vendordoesnotuseinvoluntaryorforcedlabor;eitherindentured,boundedorotherwise.***ofAssociation:Vendorrecognizesandrespectstherightofitsworkerstoexerciselawfulrightsoffreeassociation,includingjoiningornotjoininganyassociation.Haras***entorAbuse:Vendorprovidesaworkenvironmentfreeofharas***ent,abuseorcorporalpunishmentinanyform.HealthandSafety:Inaccordancewithapplicablelocallaws,rulesandregulati***,Vendorprovidesasafeandhealthyworkenvironment.Whereresidentialhousingisprovidedforworkers,Vendorprovidessafeandhealthyhousing.HoursofWork:Vendormustensureemployees'hoursworkedshallnot,onaregularlyscheduledbasis,exceedthelesserof(a)legallimitati***onregularandovertimehoursinthejurisdictioninwhichitmanufacturesor(b)48hoursperweekplus12hoursofovertimeor(c)theregularworkweekplus12hoursofovertime.Inaddition,exceptinextraordinarybusinesscircumstances,allemployeesshallbeentitledtoatleastonedayoffineveryseven-dayperiod.LawsandWorkplaceRegulati***:Vendorwillcomplywithlaws,rulesandregulati***inalllocati***whereitconductsbusiness.MonitoringandCompliance:Vendorwillmaintainonsitealldocumentationnecessarytodem***tratecompliancewiththesestanda***.Companywillundertakeaffirmativemeasures,suchasannouncedandunannouncedon-siteinspecti***ofproductionfacilities,tomonitorcompliancewiththesestanda***.AllVendorsmustallowCompanyand/oritsrepresentativesfullaccesstoproductionfacilities,employeereco***andemployeesforconfidentialinterviewsinconnectionwithmonitoringvisits.Inaddition,VendormustrespondpromptlytoreasonableinquiriesbyCompanyoritsrepresentativesconcerningtheoperati***ofVendor'sfacilities.NoDiscrimination:WhileCompanyrecognizesandrespectsculturaldifferences,Vendormustensureemployment--includinghiring,remuneration,benefits,advancement,terminationandretirement--isbasedonabilityandnotonbeliefsoranyotherpersonalcharacteristics.Subcontracting:VendormaynotsubcontractworkwithouttheexpresswrittenpermissionofCompanyandthensuchsubcontractingshallonlybepermittedtocompaniesthatabidebythisCodeofConduct.VendorfurtheracknowledgesthatitisthisCompany'spolicytostopand/orpreventknownillegalactivities.IfCompanydeterminesthatVendororanysupplierorsubcontractorofVendorhasviolatedanyapplicablelaw,ruleorregulationorhasengagedinanyoftheabovepractices,Companymay:(a)provideall***ailableinformation,includingthenameofsuchVendor,supplierorsubcontractor,toapplicablegovernmentagenciesandlawenforcementofficialsforappropriateaction;and(b)exerciseitsterminationrightsundertheapplicableagreement(s)orpurchaseorder(s).ToassistCompanyinassuringcompliancewiththisCodeofConduct,Vendoragreesto:Requireallofitsofficersandemployeeswhowillberesp***iblefororinvolvedwiththeimplementationofproceduresdesignedtoensurecompliancewiththisCodeofConducttoreviewandfamiliarizethemselveswiththisCodeofConduct;RequireallofVendor'ssubcontractorstoexecuteanddelivertoCompanythisCodeofConductonorbeforeexecutionofanapplicableagreementorpurchaseorderwithCompany;ProvideCompanywithaccesstoVendor'sanditssubcontractors'productionfacilitiestoconductinspecti***;ProvideCompany,uponrequest,proofofproduction,includingwithoutlimitation,shippingdocuments,productionandmanufacturingreports,countryoforiginassemblyandmanufacturingreports,andsimilardocumentation;andProvideCompany,uponrequest,withproofofcompliancebyVendorandCompany-approvedsubcontractorswithapplicableemploymentandlaborlaws,rulesandregulati***inthecountryofmanufacture,including,withoutlimitation,proofthatallemployeesmeetminimumlegalworkingageandpayrequirements,andtherighttointerviewsuchemployeesregardingthesame.Companyreservestherighttotakemeasurestoassurethetruthofalldocumentsitreceivesandreviews,andtheauthenticityofVendor'ssourcesofsupply.VendoracknowledgesandagreesthatCompanymayrequireVendortoreaffirmthisCodeofConduct,orexecuteanewCodeofConduct,fromtimetotimeandthatthisCodeofConductreplacesandsupplantsanypriorCodeofConductgoverningVendor'srelati***hipwithCompany.AsadulyauthorizedofficerordirectorofVendor,theundersignedacknowledgesthathe/shehasreadthisCodeofConductandunderstandsthatVendor'sbusinessrelati***hipwithCompanyisbasedonVendor'sfullcompliancewiththisCodeofConduct.Violati***ofthisCodeofConductwillbeappropriatelyremediedatthecostofVendor.Companyreservestherighttotakenecessarymeasurestoensurefuturecompliancewiththesestanda***.Notwithstandinganythingtothecontraryinanypurchaseorderoragreement,failureofVendortoabidebythetermsofthisCodeofConductmayultimatelyresultintheimmediateterminationofanyandallpurchaseordersoragreementsbetweenCompanyandVendor,including,withoutlimitation,Company'scancellationofordersforgoodsinprocessorscheduledtobemadeatthetimeofcancellationortermination,whetherinvolvingrawmaterials,workinprocessorfinishedgoods,orinVendor's,Company'sorathirdparty'spossession.欲知更多ARAMARK验厂相关信息请电话联系:021-31165098转8006或者13918044493卢先生***:594188576)
