硬质合金轧辊是在硬质合金刀具的基础上发展而来的,硬质合金是采用坚硬的碳化钨颗粒硬质相与镍、钴等黏结相金属烧结而成。硬质合金的性能取决于碳化钨颗粒尺寸的大小和黏结相金属含量的多少,当黏结相金属中含有一定量的镍和铬时,不仅会大大提高轧辊的抗热疲劳性能。整体轧辊是相对于复合轧辊而言的,整体轧辊的辊身外层与心部以及辊颈采用单一材质铸造或锻造而成,辊身外层和辊颈不同的***、性能通过铸造或锻造工艺以及热处理工艺过程来控制和调整。



Cemented carbide rolls are developed on the basis of cemented carbide tools. Cemented carbide is made of hard tungsten carbide particles and hard phase sintered together with nickel and cobalt bonded phases. The properties of cemented carbide depend on the size of tungsten carbide particle and the content of bonding phase metal. When the amount of nickel and chromium in the bonding phase contains metal, it will not only greatly improve the thermal fatigue resistance of the roller.
