轧件在冷床冷却过程中由于冷却水不能均匀分布在型钢表面,头部冷却速度较快,弯曲,形成浴盆状,使腹板上的积水不能流出,导致上表面收缩率明显大于型钢下表面,产生上弯。

为消除不均匀变形,首先应该使2辊压下量足够大,满足型钢塑变要求。消除型钢原有变形,达到统一的变形的目的。

工艺过程是:线材出精轧机后先入水冷导管进行急冷,冷却到650~750℃,经成圈器成圈后落入流态床中。冷床下料装置将其收集成组送至输出辊道上,再由输出辊道将其送到冷剪剪切成定尺成品。流态床用流动的、导热性好的粒料(锆砂,含ZrO267.2%;SiO232.8%)作媒介,用鼓风机搅动这些颗粒呈悬浮运动状态,如同铅浴池中的铅液沸腾一样。
