减速机内部齿轮的齿距和压力角 小齿距能保证有较多的轮齿同时接触，齿轮重叠增多，阜新reducer，减少单个齿轮挠曲，降低传动噪声，提高传动精度。较小的压力角由于齿轮接触角和横六角空心砖模具向重叠比都比较大，因此运转噪声小、精度高。

允许输入法兰：

不能大于或小于临级减速机的标准尺寸，如减速机PLE80?的标准法兰为80mm，其临级的减速级是PLE60?和PLE120，PLE80?允许法兰不应小于60mm，也不能大于120mm。

Allow input flange

It can't be greater than or less than the standard of the reducer. For example，reducer企业， the standard flange of reducer PLE80 is 80mm， and the deceleration stage of its reducer is PLE60? PLE120， PLE80? The maximum allowable flange should not be less than 60mm， nor greater than 120mm.

减速机的作用

1)降速同时提高输出扭矩，扭矩输出比例按步进电机输出乘减速比，reducer采购，但要注意不能超出减速机额定扭矩。

2)速同时降低了负载的惯量，惯量的减少为减速比的平方。大家可以看一下一般电机都有一个惯量数值。

The function of the reducer
