Gear reducer has high tran***ission efficiency, low energy cumption and superior performance. Cycloidal pinwheel reducer is a tran***ission type which adopts cycloid needle tooth meshing planetary tran***ission principle, and it is an ideal driving device. 在输出轴上安装传动件时，不允许用锤子敲击，通常利用装配夹具和轴端的内螺纹，用螺栓将传动件压入，否则有可能造成减速机内部零件的损坏。

When driving parts are installed on the output shaft, it is not allowed to knock with hammers. Usually use assembly jig and inner thread of shaft end to press the tran***ission parts into bolts with bolts, otherwise, it may cause damage to internal parts of reducer.

允许输入法兰：

不能大于或小于临级减速机的标准尺寸，如减速机PLE80?的标准法兰为80mm,其临级的减速级是PLE60?和PLE120，PLE80?允许法兰不应小于60mm,也不能大于120mm。

Allow input flange

It can't be greater than or less than the standard of the reducer. For example, the standard flange of reducer PLE80 is 80mm, and the deceleration stage of its reducer is PLE60? PLE120, PLE80?在输出轴上安装传动件时，不允许用锤子敲击，通常利用装配夹具和轴端的内螺纹，用螺栓将传动件压入，否则有可能造成减速机内部零件的损坏。 The maximum allowable flange should not be less than 60mm, nor greater than 120mm.

对减速机箱体进行共振测试，找出共振位 置，增加适当的筋条（板），可以提高箱体的刚度，减少箱体的振动，实现降噪。多级传动时要求瞬时传动比的变化尽量小，以保证传动平稳，冲击及振动小，噪声低。

By testing the resonance of the reducer box, finding out the resonance and adding appropriate ribs (plates), the stiffness of the box can be increased, the vibration of the box can be reduced and the noise can be reduced. In multistage tran***ission, the change of instantaneous tran***ission ratio should be as ***all as to ensure stable tran***ission, low impact and vibration, and low noise.
