冲压件是靠压力机和模具对板材、带材、管材和型材等施加外力，使之产生塑性变形或分离，从而获得所需形状和尺寸的工件（冲压件）的成形加工方法。冲压和锻造同属塑性加工（或称压力加工），合称锻压。

Stamping is a forming and processing method for workpiece (stamping parts) by applying external force to plate, strip, pipe and profile by press and die to produce plastic deformation or separation. Stamping and forging belong to plastic processing (or pressure machining).

日常模具生产中，应注意维护冲切凸、凹模刃口的锋利度。当冲切刃口磨损时，材料所受拉应力将增大，从而冲压件产生翻料、扭曲的趋向加大。

In daily mold production, attention should be paid to sharpness of punching and conc***e die edges. When the cutting edge is worn, the tensile stress of the material will increase, and the stamping and bending will increase.

手锯锯削的注意事项

锯条的松紧要合适，且锯割时压力不能太大，以防折断伤人；

当锯缝歪斜时，不可急于纠正，而需要慢慢地逐步纠正。
