五金冲压件加工包括冲裁、弯曲、拉深、成形、精整等工序。冲压件加工的材料主要是热轧或冷轧（以冷轧为主）的金属板带材料，例如碳钢板、合金钢板、弹簧钢板、镀锌板、镀锡板、不锈钢板、铜及铜合金板、铝及铝合金板等。

日常模具生产中，应注意维护冲切凸、凹模刃口的锋利度。当冲切刃口磨损时，材料所受拉应力将增大，从而冲压件产生翻料、扭曲的趋向加大。

In daily mold production, attention should be paid to sharpness of punching and conc***e die edges. When the cutting edge is worn, the tensile stress of the material will increase, and the stamping and bending will increase.

深缝：锯削深缝时即当锯缝的深度超过锯弓高度时，高度时，锯弓就会与工具相碰，无法继续锯削；此时应将锯条拆出，将锯条转90。

Deep seam: when sawing deep seams, when the depth of the sawblade exceeds the height of the saw bow, when the height is high, the saw bow is touched by the tool and can not continue to be sawed; the saw strip should be removed and the saw blade is turned 90.
