通过使用多个Burst配送模块，可实现Buehler抛光头对每一步抛光液配送工序的开/关控制，从而提高在半自动操作模式下的研磨抛光效率，甚至可以结合Burst系统和可选附件来配套使用EcoMet Pro系列研磨抛光机，实现简易的触摸屏编程控制。

单点力和中心力加载

AutoMet 250/300 动力头能够在样品上施加中心力或单点力载荷。单点力加载模式下，可同时制备1~6个样品，尖形压脚设计保证样品获得平坦度。

中心力加载模式主要应用于同时制备多个样品，电机的软启动和软停车功能可以防止样品损坏。中心力加载使用机械加载方式提供加载负荷，不需要压缩空气。
