PC Met 制备印刷线路板样品的精密附件

该附件主要用于印刷线路板上的镀铜通孔截

面的样品制备。每次可以在卡具上的六个直

径为1”（25mm）样品孔内放置样品，可同时

制备多达36个样品。该附件可以控制材

料去除速率，可制备直径为0.008″(200μm)

通孔纵向截面样品。在动力头上安装中心力

加载驱动适配器（需要单独订购）。
