这个多户住宅设计的基础是将原始的建筑理念传输到我们现代。新的住宅建筑包括三层一层的单元组成，通过层叠的内部楼梯进入。瓦片是覆盖该地区屋顶的典型材料，只有屋顶和老虎穿用铜或锡制成。我们决定用铜盖住屋顶，这就造成了一种犀利的外观，铜屋面防雷，并允许对屋顶区域进行纺织处理。

The basis for the design of this multi-family dwelling lies in transporting the architectural concepts of the original Gründerzeit building to our present-day times.The new residential con1struction comprises three one-floor units that are accessed via a cascading interior staircase. Tiles are the typical material to cover roofs in the area， only rooflights and dormers are materialized in copper or tin. Our decision to cover the roof in copper creates a sharp appearance and allows a textile treatment of the roof areas.
