PE蜡在PVC中的作用

PE蜡具有非常强的性中心的很长的非性碳链。其结构中在性上与塑料相容的部分起内润滑作用，在性上与塑料不相容的部分起外润滑和脱模的作用。

PE蜡的重要的应用在PVC加工。与脂肪酸类润滑剂相比，它不会对熔体张力和维卡软化点带来不利影响，并提供了优良的抗粘连和控制流动作用。在特殊加工方法可用PE蜡来控制熔融。即使加入量很大也能与其它成分有很好的相容性。

PE蜡是已知的塑料润滑剂中的能兼具内润滑和外润滑（脱模效应），同时又能保持高度透明性，对胶化几乎没有影响的优异润滑剂。另外，PE蜡的低挥发性特性对压延和真空脱气是其重要的。
