3 .水击的影响：

水击是指压力瞬变过程，是管路中不稳定流动所引起的一种特殊的重要现象。当由于某种原因引起管路中流速突然变化时，例如开关阀门过快，突然断电停泵，都会引起管内压力突然变化，造成水击。水击又称水锤。通常，在给水管道系统中，由于下列原因造成水锤：

（1）水泵的关闭

（2）给水管道系统压力过高，阀门、突然关闭。发生水击现象的物理原因，主要是由于液体具有惯性和压缩性。阀门关闭产生增压波，增压波传到管路上游反射回来的减压波又传到阀门处为止，所需时间为2L/a。L=管长度；a=压力波速。

当阀门关闭时间Tc<2L/a，早由阀门处产生的向管道上游传播，而又反射回来的减压波，在阀门全部关闭时还未到达阀门处，则在阀门处可能产生大的水击压力，称为直接水击。

当阀门关闭时间Tc>2L/a，由管道上游反射回来的减压波会部分抵消水击增压，使阀门处的水击压力不致于达到直接水击增压值，称为间接水击。

当水击压力足够大时，会使PVC-U管材发生脆性***，即使管材不发生***，当水击反生时，特别是频率较高时，在管内产生一个较大的内压力同时，对管子也施加了疲劳载荷。

4.抛摔的影响

在贮存、运输、安装PVC-U管材时，对管材的抛摔会使管材发生细小的裂缝或缺陷，根据脆性***的裂缝理论，在此处易发生应力集中而导致管材的脆性***。
