各地温度持续走低，特别是部分北方地区温度都下降到零度以下，进入冰冻期，因PVC管材在温度较低时低温脆性明显，易发生破管现象，现就PVC管材冬季使用注意事项说明如下：

一、管材搬运：

严格规范产品搬、运、装、卸管理，不得出现抛、摔、滚、拖现象，以防止对产品造成伤害。尤其在卸车过程中一定要轻搬轻放，运输至工地后要妥善保管，防止管材与尖锐物体接触摩擦。人员务必不能在管材上，以上行为会造成管道内壁龟裂，打压时出现多处爆管情况。

二、管沟挖掘：

1、管沟挖掘应考虑当地冻土深度，管线必须埋入冻土层以下，管线埋地深度一般在1.2～1.5米以下；管沟挖掘之宽度，应视管材外径，沟底宽为管外径加300毫米为宜；施工时不得人为践踏管材。

2、沟底应整理平整，不得有石块、砖块等杂物，如有坚硬物时必须加挖10cm并填沙夯实，然后再进行管线安装施工。管线弯曲时应在允许角度2°以内，不得出现管材的硬性弯曲现象。

三、管材铺设：

下管前检查管材是否损伤（特别承口与插口端），如有损伤及时更换，按规定削角（TS管:30-45°,活套管：20°）。不能把管材、件抛入沟中，应轻搬轻放。

六、操作要点

1、操作人员应熟悉紧急停车按钮及本岗位工作流程，一旦出现紧急情况能做出处理。

2、每次开机时人工加淸机料，并盖好盖子后还应观察挤出机排气口有无料粘附在上面，如有应用木具或塑料工具完全清理干净。

3、定径套与模头之间的距离不能相隔的太近（125px~250px）。

4、正常开机时，应注意挤出机负载（电流），不能使负载数据上升太快，应慢慢提高双螺杆转速及人工加料的速度。

5、正常停车时应注意挤出机负载不能超出正常值。

6、管材在冷却真空想至牵引机间，上表面不能有水珠成积水现象，应干净无水。

7、每次断料时应把喷码机喷头移开，测定管长应用钢卷尺测定。

8、按本岗位工艺控制指标填写《挤出工艺参数记录》。
