一、脆性***的理论基础

由于所有实际存在的材料表面不可能不存在裂缝和缺陷（如表面划痕、内部夹杂、微孔、晶界、相界面等），因而断裂的裂缝理论认为，这些裂缝和缺陷会使应力集中于裂缝的处，而远高于管材受到的平均应力。当它达到和超过某一临界条件时，裂缝会失去稳定性而发生扩展，终在低的名义应力下引起材料的断裂。
