8、水泵在冬季使用时，停车后应将水泵内和管道内的存水放尽以防冻裂。

    9、水泵每使用一个灌溉季节后，应更换润滑黄油后存放。

lubricating oil after using the pump for one irrigation season.

10、水泵工作满500小时，应仔细拆卸检查零件的磨损情况，如长期停用，应将运转部分拆下擦干上油妥善保管。

 8、填料处漏水太多

 1、上紧压盖到适应程度

 2、调整填料搭口，使之错开一定角度而不在一个方向

 3、更换填料

 4、更换符合要求的石棉填料

1）性能范围 泵口径50～200毫米，流量12.5～400立方米/时，扬程8～125米，配套动力有柴油机直联、皮带传动，电动机直联，功率1.1～110千瓦，转速1450～2900转/分。

（2）结构型式 轻小型离心泵为轴向吸入单级单吸悬架式离心泵，泵体后开门，出口位于中心向上，后盖为压嵌式，轴承体与泵体直接联结，泵脚位于泵体下方，轴承用黄油润滑，轴封分为软填料、机械密封、橡胶油封三种。叶轮均为闭式，传动分为联轴器传动和皮带传动两种。泵叶轮转向：从泵进口方向看，叶轮转向为顺时针，当泵与柴油机直联传动时，为逆时针。Therearewaterweedsandsundriesfilledinthebottomvalveorimpeller1、检查进水管末端是否在水平面以下一米左右2、排除空气3、高速垫料，填塞缝隙拧紧螺栓4、消除水草杂物1。泵出口可装置手动泵，可去掉底阀，减少水力损失，并能使泵自吸。
