喷枪对涂料的椭圆形喷幅主要可分为有三层

面漆主要是给被涂物件表面着色和装饰作用；面漆喷枪要求颜色喷涂均匀，并且

流平性要好，所以面漆喷枪强调雾化效果，喷幅必须是雾化层应比湿润层要宽大。

底漆是填充待涂物件表面的砂痕或***。底漆喷枪主要是要求填充性要好、并不

强调其过喷雾化太大。底漆喷枪的喷幅必须是湿润层应比雾化层要宽大，它只需要将

底漆均匀地喷涂到工件的待涂表面即可，雾化层应比湿润层窄小，尤其是过喷雾化层

更不宜过大；底漆喷涂要求填充性要好，而填充性主要靠湿润层来完成。

FM空气雾化喷嘴主要特性:

1、FIM系列喷枪分为两种喷雾方式，扇形喷雾和圆形喷雾。根据客户的需求可选用不同形状的喷雾方式；

2、FIM微雾喷嘴喷雾量小，平均粒径在50μm以内，粒径120μm。为低气水比、低流量的二流体喷嘴；

3、足以应对冷却塔内粉尘环境问题，进行***、小型化的设计；

4、足够小的喷嘴和枪体能够在安装条件苛刻的环境下方便使用；

5、流量分布均等，适合于多数喷嘴配列；

大气污染是近年来环保治理的***。（6）费用低效率高：斐卓新型耐磨脱硝喷枪，采用科学的内部结构优化与航天特有的精密机械加工技术，使得喷枪雾化效果更好，雾滴直径为50～70微米，溶液与烟气中的氮氧化物接触更加均匀，反应更加充分，脱硝效率更高，运行费用更低。因燃煤工业窑炉烟气中有NO--x, NO--x是一种主要的大气污染物，它在强光作用下会与碳氢化合物发生反应行成***气体，这种气体排放到空气中就会行成酸雨，严重危害生态环境。因此，在工业炉排气前要求对***气体进行前处理。目前，氨还原法脱硝因其工艺简单，***成本低，成为主要的烟气脱硝法。氨气脱硝方法主要工作原理是：在压缩空气的作用下，将还原剂通过喷枪气体和液体入口在枪体内碰撞产生雾化颗粒然后喷到炉窑高温烟气中，还原剂中的氨和烟气中的氮氧化物发生化学反应，生成烟气和水，脱出烟气中的氮氧化物。

斐卓Feizhuo脱硝专用喷枪解决了普通清洗或降温喷枪气液能量交换不充分，雾化效果不好，还原剂雾化液滴动能不高，射程短，不能有效的将还原剂喷到预***置，脱硝效率低，氨逃逸效率高等问题，是一款专门适用于工业炉窑的脱硝专用喷枪。

斐卓Feizhuo脱硝喷枪结构组成

根据燃煤工业炉窑烟气脱硝的实际工况要求，脱硝专用喷枪里带有独特的具有旋流功能的混合室，被称为旋流混合室双流体喷枪。

本喷枪主要由枪体、保护套、枪体、枪头构成。

枪体内有螺纹型的压缩空气接口，混合室和螺纹型的还原剂接口，压缩空气接口和混合室之间有轴向小孔相通；还原剂接口焊接在枪体上，还原剂接口和枪体之间有与混合室呈切向的小孔相通。

（2）

保护套上焊有保护气接口，保护气接口加工有保护气管路接入螺纹，保护套和枪体之间用紧定螺钉固定，套在枪体外；

（3）

枪体的一端与枪体的混合室焊接；另一端加工有螺纹，与枪头连接。

（4）

枪头的一端加工有螺纹，与枪体连接；另一端加工有不同形状和尺寸要求的孔，以便控制喷雾形状成实心锥和扇形。
