所用的泰州INA轴承钢大多是从日本进口的，有些是由中国研制的轴承钢制成，成分相同，加工工艺相似。钢等级为SUJ2。

Annealing is a preheat treatment process commonly used in production. It is a heat treatment process in which steel is heated to an appropriate temperature for a period of time and then slowly cooled to achieve a structure close to * equilibrium. Its purpose is to eliminate or reduce the internal stress and chemical composition inhomogeneity of castings, forgings and welded joints, improve and adjust the mechanical and technological properties of Taizhou INA bearing steel, and prepare the structure for our spinning process. In fact, the steel we use is treated by spheroidizing annealing (heating to 750-770 degrees, holding for a certain time, slowly cooling * but air below 600 degrees). The annealing process of steel includes complete annealing, incomplete annealing, isothermal annealing, spheroidizing annealing and diffusion annealing, recrystallization annealing, stress relief * removal and dehydrogenation annealing.

淬火是一种热处理工艺，其中泰州INA轴承钢在保温后加热到临界点以上，并以高于临界冷*却速率(Vc)的冷*却速率冷*却以获得马氏体或低贝氏体***。

Quenching is a heat treatment process in which Taizhou INA bearing steel is heated to above the critical point after heat preservation and cooled at a cooling * cooling rate higher than the critical cooling * cooling rate (Vc) to obtain martensite or low bainite structure.

回火是一种热处理工艺，其中将淬火钢加热到低于A1的温度一段时间，然后以适当的方式冷*却到室温。它是下一个淬火和热处理工艺，它决定着在役钢的***和性能，关系到工件的使用寿命，因此它是关键工艺。

Tempering is a heat treatment process in which quenched steel is heated to a temperature below A1 for a period of time and then cooled in an appropriate manner to room temperature. It is the next quenching and heat treatment process, which determines the structure and properties of in-service steel, and relates to the service life of the workpiece, so it is the key process.

真空淬火：其**大的特点是无氧化、无变形、无裂纹。我公司生产的精*密轴承采用真空热处理工艺。日本和国内真空炉都有两个真空室，冷室和热室。轴承钢的加热过程按工艺规定的曲线逐渐加热，**高温度达到840（+10）。然而，对于通过冷*却介质的石油或天*然气冷*却，油温控制在60-80（+100-120）。

Vacuum quenching: It is characterized by no oxidation, no deformation and no cracks. The precision bearing produced by our company adopts vacuum heat treatment process. Both Japanese and domestic vacuum furnaces h***e two vacuum chambers, cold chamber and hot chamber. The heating process of bearing steel is gradually heated according to the curve prescribed by the process, ** the high temperature reaches 840 (+10). However, for oil or natural gas cooled through cold media, the oil temperature is controlled at 60-80 (+100-120).

油回火：根据泰州INA轴承环的特点，采用低温油回火，温度控制在180+10℃，主要目的是降低淬火后的内应力和脆性，稳定尺寸。使用中能保持较高的硬度和耐磨性，避免裂纹或过早损坏。硬度HCR：60-64。

Oil tempering: According to the characteristics of Taizhou INA bearing rings, low temperature oil tempering is adopted and the temperature is controlled at 180 + 10 C. The main purpose is to reduce the internal stress and brittleness after quenching and to stabilize the size. High hardness and wear resistance can be maintained in use to ***oid cracks or premature damage. Hardness HCR:60-64.
