主轴是数控机床的重要组成部分，主要由主轴、镇江SKF轴承、主轴停止装置、自动夹紧和切屑去除装置等组成。数控机床主轴零件的润滑、冷凝和密封是机床使用与维护中的重要问题。

主轴部件的镇江SKF轴承密封有两种形式：接触式和非接触式。在接触毛毡环和耐油橡胶环时，应注意检查其老化和损坏；非接触密封防止泄漏，这对于保证返回油能尽***出，确保回流孔顺畅非常重要。

首先，良好的润滑效果，可以降低轴承的工作温度，延长使用寿命；因此，在操作和使用中应注意：低速、油、循环油润滑；高速油雾、油气润滑。

但是，当使用润滑脂时，主轴轴承润滑脂的注入量通常为10~15个百分点的轴承空间，不要填充，因为镇江SKF轴承润滑脂过多，会加剧主轴的加热。油雾润滑时，须每天检查主轴温度控制箱的润滑剂是否足够T，如果油量不足，应及时补给；同时，注意检查润滑剂的温度范围是否适当。

油气润滑和油雾润滑的常用润滑方法是油雾和润滑油雾的连续供给。油气润滑是将油雾送入轴承间隙的定时、定量，不仅实现油雾润滑，而且避免油雾对周围空气的过度污染。喷雾润滑是利用大流量恒温油（3～4L/min每轴承）进入主轴轴承，实现润滑和冷凝。较大的注入体积须由油泵强制而不是自然回流。同时，恒温油箱容量大，控制油温在+0.5摄氏度变化精度高。

The common lubrication method of oil air lubrication and oil mist lubrication is continuous supply of oil mist and lubricating oil mist. Oil-air lubrication is to feed oil mist into the bearing clearance of the timing and quantitative, not only to achieve oil mist lubrication, but also to ***oid excessive pollution of the surrounding air. Spray lubrication is to achieve lubrication and condensation by using large flow c***tant temperature oil (3 ~ 4L/min per bearing) into spindle bearings. The larger injection volume must be forced by the oil pump rather than the natural reflux. At the same time, the temperature of the c***tant temperature tank is large, and the oil temperature is controlled at +0.5 degrees Celsius.

为了保证主轴具有良好的润滑性，减少摩擦热，并能带走主轴组件的热量，通常采用循环润滑系统，强大的油润滑液压泵，油温升降器来控制水箱的温度。

高质量数控机床主轴轴承采用质量相对较好的镇江SKF轴承润滑脂密封和橡胶密封润滑。油脂可使用7～10年。新的润滑降温方法不仅降低了轴承温升，而且减少了轴承内外圈之间的温差，保证了主轴的小热变形。
