SYNCHROFLEX Polyurethane Timing Belts are manu­factured from wear resistant Polyurethane and high tensile steel cord tension members. Both high quality materials combine to form the basis for dimensionally stable and highly durable polyurethane timing belts.
 
Synchroflex polyurethane timing belts h***e very high longitudinal stiffness and no postelongation of the tension mem­bers is to be expected in continuous operation. Only under extreme loading conditi*** and as a precaution after a brief run-in, a ***all loss of tension may neces­sitate a once-only retensioning of Synchroflex belts.
 
The Synchroflex timing belts are temperature resistant with ambient temperatures from -30°C to +80°C. However, applica­ti*** close to these temperature limits (< -10°C and > +50°C), may require adapted dimensioning.
