Megadyne, the international manufacturer of power tran***ission and product handling belts and related components, has expanded its leadership position with 3 new strategic acquisiti*** to close out 2017. 
They are:

***E, headquartered in Barcelona Spain.Since 1953, ***e has specialized in the development and production of plastic and metallic modular chains, belts, guides and components used in product handling applicati*** within several industrial segments complimentary to Megadyne’s other business units including packaging and automotive.
MEGABELT, located in Israel. MEGABELT is a leader in the distribution of tran***ission and conveyor belts in the Israeli market.
CIMEXSA, located in Colombia and founded in 1955, is a distributor of power tran***ission and belting products.
The recent acquisiti*** in Spain, Israel and Colombia along with the July 2017 acquisition of the Italian company SACIF, a leader in the production and marketing of special conveyor belts and synchronous belts, enable Megadyne to further expand its product portfolio, its geographical presence and penetrate new applicati*** and customers in existing and new industry segments.
