HMC734是一款GaAs InGaP异质结双极性晶体管(HBT) MMIC VCO。 该器件集成谐振器、负电阻器件、变容二极管，并具有4分频频率输出。 由于振荡器的单芯片结构，VCO的相位噪声性能在温度、冲击和工艺条件下尤为出色。 采用+5V电源电压时，输出功率为+18 dBm（典型值）。 不使用时可禁用预分频器功能，以降低功耗。 该压控振荡器采用无铅QFN 5x5 mm表贴封装，同时无需外部匹配元件。

Product Details

The HMC734 is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) MMIC VCO. The HMC734 integrates a resonator, negative resistance device, varactor diode and features a divide-by-4 frequency output. The VCO's phase noise performance is excellent over temperature, shock, and process due to the oscillator's monolithic structure. Power output is +18 dBm typical from a +5V supply voltage. The prescaler function can be disabled to c***erve current if not required. The voltage controlled oscillator is packaged in a leadless QFN 5x5 mm surface mount package, and requires no external matching components.
