1、自吸能力： 转子泵：在转速大于200rpm的时候可以产生很好的自吸能力，允许短时间的干转。 单螺杆泵：很好的自吸能力，但是要避免泵干运转，不能超过30秒。 2、压力范围： 转子泵：0-12bar。 单螺杆泵：多级泵可达48bar。 3、占地面积： 转子泵：由于设计紧凑，所要的占地面积较小，并且检修转子泵时不需要额外的场地，口径还可以按客户要求调整。 单螺杆泵：根据级数不同，大小也不同，但是由于螺杆很长，维修时需要很大的空间，而且每一型号的泵法兰口径只有一种。


输送的液体粘稠度特别高也会导致机器不能吸上来液体，如果是因为液体粘度数值非常高，只能降低机器的转动速度，然后提升液体的温度，这样就可以使液体的粘度数值降低，或者可以转而使用立式的机器，使用设备一段时间之后不能吸收液体，很有可能是因为定子或转子出现损坏导致的，单螺杆泵厂家建议大家及时检查更换全新的定子或转子。进出口子管道上面的阀门没有开启或开启程度不够，只需要开启进出口的阀门就可以了。
