纳米金及纳米金棒属性介绍及PEG修饰价格表

简介：

纳米金是指金的粒径为1-100nm之间的粒子，分散在水溶液或有机溶液中。纳米金在一些特定的晶面上存在着表面电子态，其费米能级恰好位于体能带结构沿该晶向的禁带中，形成只能平行于表面方向的二维电子云。这是纳米金的表面效应，量子效应和宏观量子隧道效应的物理基础。纳米金随其直径由大而小呈现深黄色至黑色，纳米金在520nm左右可见光谱范围之间有一个金的横向伸缩振动吸收峰，吸收波长随金粒子粒径表达而增加，当有纳米金棒生成时，在近红外处就会出现吸收峰。当粒径从小到大变化时，溶液的颜色这一次表现为深黄色，粉红色，酒红色，深红色，蓝色的变化。随着金纳米粒子的聚沉，吸收峰会变宽。胶体金的性质主要取决于纳米金粒子的粒径及其表面修饰。

PEG化金纳米粒子可以避免纳米材料在合成过程中所吸附的表面活性剂（CTAB）所造成的生物毒性，进一步提高其水溶性、生物相容性和体内循环时间，从而获得更加良好的诊断、成像和光热治疗的能力。通过PEG的官能团-COOH，-NH2，-FA，-Biotin等活性基团连接生物分子，利用生物分子的特异性识别作用，使得金纳米粒子表面偶联特异性分子实现对肿瘤的主动靶向诊断和治疗研究。
