纳米金及纳米金棒属性介绍及PEG修饰价格表

简介：

纳米金是指金的粒径为1-100nm之间的粒子，分散在水溶液或有机溶液中。纳米金在一些特定的晶面上存在着表面电子态，其费米能级恰好位于体能带结构沿该晶向的禁带中，形成只能平行于表面方向的二维电子云。这是纳米金的表面效应，量子效应和宏观量子隧道效应的物理基础。纳米金随其直径由大而小呈现深***至黑色，纳米金在520nm左右可见光谱范围之间有一个金的横向伸缩振动吸收峰，吸收波长随金粒子粒径表达而增加，当有纳米金棒生成时，在近红外处就会出现吸收峰。当粒径从小到大变化时，溶液的颜色这一次表现为深***，粉红色，酒红色，深红色，蓝色的变化。随着金纳米粒子的聚沉，吸收峰会变宽。胶体金的性质主要取决于纳米金粒子的粒径及其表面修饰。

PEG化金纳米粒子可以避免纳米材料在合成过程中所吸附的表面活性剂（CTAB）所造成的生物毒性，进一步提高其水溶性、生物相容性和体内循环时间，从而获得更加良好的诊断、成像和光热***的能力。通过PEG的官能团-COOH，-NH2，-FA，-Biotin等活性基团连接生物分子，利用生物分子的特异性识别作用，使得金纳米粒子表面偶联特异性分子实现对***的主动靶向诊断和***研究。
