?匀质板材料进场验收

匀质板材料进场验收应符合下列规定：

1对材料的品种、规格、包装、外观和尺寸等进行检查验收，并经监理工程师（建设单位代表）认可。

2对材料的质量证明文件进行核查，并经监理工程师（建设单位代表）确认，纳入工程技术档案。进入施工现场用于匀质防火保温板外墙外保温系统的材料均应具有出厂合格证、相关型式检验报告。

3应按本导则和《建筑节能工程施工质量验收规范》的规定，在施工现场对材料进行抽样复验，复验应为见证取样送检。

粘结砂浆、抹面砂浆等材料质量应满足本导则的规定要求，并按照产品使用说明书或材料供应商提供的配比单进行配制，计量准确，配制好的材料应在规定的时间内用完。

轻匀质保温板制作流程

Production process of light uniform quality assurance temperature plate:

1. Raw materials such as cement and fiber are proportioned and pulped by the proportioning system, so that the raw materials are fully mixed and kept uniform.

2. Transport the slurry to the slurry storage tank, keep stirring to keep it uniform, send the slurry to the slurry storage tank and then to the headbox, and mix in the headbox to keep uniformity.

3. The billets fall off from the slurry forming cylinder, and are transported to the irrigation cutting place by the billet receiving machine. The longitudinal cutting edge of the billets is cut by the cutter. The residual materials are transported to the return mixer by the billet receiving machine, and then transported to the slurry storage tank for reuse after being stirred by the mixer.
