1、水泵不出水

No water are

runing out

1、引水不够真空泵抽吸空气不尽

2、进水管路进气

3、水泵转速太低

4、吸程太高

5、水泵转向不对

6、输水高度超过规定

1、继续加灌或抽气

2、检查并堵塞之

3、用转速表检查予以调整

4、降低安装位置减少吸程

5、改变旋转方向

6、减少输水高度

6、检查进、出水管路有无进气漏气现象。

Check the

water-in and out pipes if they are leaking air.

7、如电机与水泵为直联传动，工业混流泵维修，需检查电机与水泵的轴心线是否在同一直线上，以防转时振动。

When the motor and pump are direct

connected drive ，check the motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same

line to ***oid vibrating.
