使用夹板钳装置确实夹紧基板材料，以保证切断时的高精度。采用长寿命的金刚石刀具实现重叠基板的高速切断，限度地降低加工成本。另外，尽可能减少切断毛刺的产生，降低后续制程的不良制品的发生比率。

切断可能的基板原板的大尺寸为1250mm，大切断厚度为20mm、切断可能的小尺寸为250×200mm。
