中国为什么需要引入欧洲的系统门窗?
从现代建筑门窗业80年代初起步发展至今,已经历近30载的市场洗礼与进化,性能较差的普通门窗始终占据中国市场主导地位,中国门窗技术的升级换代较为缓慢,建筑门窗成为中国建筑的耗能大户,将来使然也是节能大户!
欧洲早在上世纪80年代就研发出了具备的系统门窗,其节能性能、安全性能、舒适度等远远超过普通门窗。对于寒冷的冬季或者烈日炎炎的夏季,你拥有巴特孚门窗,从此之后你没有忧虑感。2003年的欧洲门窗标准中要求K值不大于1.4,的系统门窗更加普及,目前市场应用量已达到了门窗总量的70%,而我国门窗平均K值约为3.5(保温),我国目前的高标准--北京市门窗标准为K值2.8,仅为欧洲1984年门窗K值标准。据计算,按我国现有城镇建筑面积约430亿平方米计算,如果实行欧洲现行门窗标准K值,每年可节省标准煤4.3亿吨,约为中国全年煤炭产量的20%,数量相当惊人。
