Asian Wind Energy Exhibition

Wind Power Asia亚洲风能大会暨国际风能设备展览会（WPA）创办于2003年，首届展会规模1500平方米，展商47家。

在***发改委能源局、科技部高新技术发展及产业化司、中国电力企业联合会、德国经济和劳工部、丹麦出口协会、丹麦***部***局等国内外***机构及行业协会的大力支持、主办单位的精心培育下，展会迅速成长，展会规模、展商数目、观众数目连年取得跳跃式增长，到2009年第六届WPA，其展览面积已达到25,000平米，展商445家，吸引了来自43***和地区的15,065位***观众前来参观洽谈。

现在的WPA已经成为亚洲***具规模和影响力的风能会议和展览，第八届亚洲风能大会暨国际风能设备展将由中国电力企业联合会与德国科隆国际展览有限公司双方共同举办，它将是亚洲地区开展业内交流、探讨前沿科技、开发中国市场的***贸易平台。

WPA的发展见证了中国风电行业的崛起与繁荣，同时，WPA的成就也证明，展会与行业之间建立的良性互动，将迸发更大的生命力。

Asian Wind Energy Exhibition organized by the China Machinery Enterprise Management Association (CMMA) now incorporated into WPA. Over 400 exhibitors and 20,000 industry professionals expected to attend this June.

Wind Power Asia, held in Beijing every June since 2003, is now being organized by Koelnmesse, the China Electricity Council, and the China Machinery Industry Federation as parent organisation of CMMA.

The China Electricity Council operates under China's State Electricity Regulatory Commission as governing authority of China's power producers and grid providers, who will all be present at the show.

CMMA's involvement once again guarantees the attendance of its members at the exhibition, among them many of the leading Chinese turbine manufacturers.

Besides the exhibition, the conference will form an integral part of Wind Power Asia, bringing together industry key players to discuss opportunities, bottlenecks and innovati*** in this important and growing industry.
