进口磁力旋涡泵泵/Magneticvortexpump/德国品质德国KAYSEN凯森进口磁力旋涡泵概述叶轮是一个圆盘，圆周上的叶片呈***状均匀排列。泵体和叶轮间形成环形流道，吸入口和排出口均在叶轮的外圆周处。吸入口与排出口之间有隔板，由此将吸入口和排出口隔离开。我们将泵内的液体分为两部分：叶片间的液体和流道内的液体。当叶轮旋转时，在离心力的作用下，叶轮内液体的圆周速度大于流道内液体的圆周速度，故形成图1所示的“环形流动”。又由于自吸入口至排出口液体跟着叶轮前进，这两种运动的合成结果，就使液体产生与叶轮转向相同的“纵向旋涡”。因而得到旋涡泵之名。需要特别指出的是，液体质点在泵体流道内的圆周速度小于叶轮的圆周速度。在纵向旋涡过程中，液体质点多次进入叶轮叶片间，通过叶轮叶片把能量传递给流道内的液体质点。液体质点每经过一次叶片，就获得一次能量。这也是相同叶轮外径情况下，旋涡泵比其它叶片泵扬程高的原因。并不是所有液体质点都通过叶轮,随着流量的增加，“环形流动”减弱。当流量为零时，“环形流动”***强，扬程***高。由于流道内液体是通过液体撞击而传递能量。主要特点：●高扬程.小流量.比转数一般小于40●结构简单.体积小.重量轻●具有自润滑回路.减小叶轮径向力●采用悬臂叶片.减小叶轮径向力●随输送介质介质黏度增加,泵的效率急剧下降,因而介质度因不大于5×10-6M3/S。主要应用：广泛应用于化工、制药、石油、电镀、食品、电影照相洗印、科研机构。国防工业等单位抽送酸、碱液、油类、稀有贵重液、毒液、挥发性液体，以及循环水设备配套、过滤机配套。安装使用与维护：安装和使用●磁力泵应水平安装，不宜竖立，对于特殊要求垂直安装的场合，电机务必朝上。●当抽吸液面高于泵轴心线时，起动前打开吸入管道阀门即可，若抽吸液面低于泵轴心线时，管道需配备底阀。●泵使用前应进行检查，电机风叶转动要灵活，无卡住及异常声响，各紧固件要紧固。●检查电机旋转方向是否与磁力泵转向标记一致。●泵起动前先打开进出口阀门，待泵进入正常工作状态后，再将排出阀调到所需开度。●泵停止工作前，应先全开排出阀门，然后停机再关闭吸入管阀门。特别是易漏、***、***液体的抽送，选用此泵则更为理想。使用注意事项：●因磁力泵轴承的冷却和润滑是靠被输送的介质，所以***禁止空运转，同时避免在工作中途停电后再启动时所造成空载运转。●被辅送介质中，若含有固体颗粒，泵入口要加过滤网：如含有铁磁质微粒，需加磁性过滤器。●泵在使用中环境温度应小于40℃，电机温升不得超过75℃。●被输送的介质及其温度应小于100℃，密度不大于1600kg/m3，粘度不大于5×10-6m2/S的不含硬颗粒和纤维的液体。●对于输送液为易沉淀结晶的介质，使用后应及时清洗，排净泵内积液。●磁力泵运行1500小时后，应拆检轴承和端面动环的磨损情况，若轴承和轴套的间隙大于0.5～1mm，叶轮轴向窜动1.5～2mm时，应更换轴承和轴向动环。●本系列泵在使用时必须有***人员进行安装，安装时必须有效接地，详见接线图。●本系列泵内外联轴器采用高性能永磁材料，可能对下列器件产生潜在危害，请将下列器件与本系列泵保持距离。如：心脏起博器、***卡、磁卡、计算器、计算机磁盘、手表等。GermanyKAYSENimportedmagneticvortexpumpoverviewTheimpellerisadiscwiththebladesonthecircumferencearrangedradiallyevenly.Anannularflowpathisformedbetweenthepumpbodyandtheimpeller,andthesuctionportandthedischargeportarebothattheoutercircumferenceoftheimpeller.Thereisapartitionbetweenthesuctionportandthedischargeport,therebyisolatingthesuctionportandthedischargeport.Wedividedtheliquidinthepumpintotwoparts:theliquidbetweenthebladesandtheliquidintheflowchannel.Whentheimpellerrotates,thecircumferentialvelocityoftheliquidintheimpellerisgreaterthantheperipheralvelocityoftheliquidintheflowchannelbythecentrifugalforce,sothatthe"annularflow"showninFig.1isformed.Sincetheliquidfromthesuctionporttothedischargeportfollowstheimpeller,thecombinationofthesetwomovementscausestheliquidtoproducethesame"longitudinalvortex"astheimpeller.Thusthenameofthevortexpumpisobtained.Itshouldbeparticularlypointedoutthatthecircumferentialvelocityoftheliquidparticleinthepumpflowchannelis***allerthanthecircumferentialspeedoftheimpeller.Duringthelongitudinalvortex,theliquidparticlesentertheimpellerbladesmultipletimes,andtheenergyistran***ittedtotheliquidparticlesintheflowpassagethroughtheimpellerblades.Eachtimetheliquidparticlepassesthroughtheblade,itgainsanenergy.Thisisalsothereasonwhythevortexpumphasahigherliftthanothervanepumpswiththesameouterdiameteroftheimpeller.Notallliquidparticlespassthroughtheimpeller,andastheflowincreases,the"annularflow"weakens.Whentheflowrateiszero,the"circularflow"isthestrongestandtheliftisthehighest.Theliquidintheflowchanneltransfersenergythroughtheimpactoftheliquid.mainfeature:●Highlift.***allflow.Thespecificnumberofrevoluti***isgenerallylessthan40.●Simplestructure,***allsizeandlightweight●Withself-lubricatingcircuit.Reducetheradialforceoftheimpeller●Usingcantileverbladestoreducetheradialforceoftheimpeller●Astheviscosityofthemediumofthetransportmediumincreases,theefficiencyofthepumpdropssharply,sothemediumdegreeisnotmorethan5×10-6M3/S.mainapplication:Widelyusedinchemical,pharmaceutical,petroleum,electroplating,food,filmphotofinishing,scientificresearchinstituti***.Thedefenseindustryandotherunitspumpacid,lye,oil,rarepreciousliquid,venom,volatileliquid,andcirculatingwaterequipment,andfilterequipment.Installationandmaintenance:Installationanduse●Themagneticpumpshouldbeinstalledhorizontallyandshouldnotbeerected.Forspecialinstallati***wheretheverticalinstallationisrequired,themotormustfaceupwa***.●Whenthesuctionliquidlevelishigherthanthepumpshaftline,openthesuctionpipevalvebeforestarting.Ifthesuctionliquidlevelislowerthanthepumpshaftline,thepipeshouldbeequippedwithabottomvalve.●Thepumpshouldbeinspectedbeforeuse.Themotorbladesshouldbeflexibletorotate,nojammingandabnormalsound,andthefastenersshouldbefastened.●Checkthatthemotorrotationdirectionisc***istentwiththemagneticpumpsteeringmark.●Opentheinletandoutletvalvesbeforestartingthepump.Afterthepumpentersthenormalworkingstate,adjustthedischargevalvetotherequiredopeningdegree.●Beforethepumpstopsworking,thevalveshouldbefullyopenedandthenclosedandthesuctionpipevalveclosed.Especiallyforthepumpingofleaky,flammableandexplosiveliquids,itismoreidealtousethispump.Precauti***foruse:●Becausethecoolingandlubricationofthemagneticpumpbearingisbasedonthemediumtobetransported,itisabsolutelyforbiddentooperateinadrymanner,andatthesametime***oidtheno-loadoperationcausedbythepowerfailureafterthepoweristurnedoff.●Ifthesolidmediumiscontainedintheauxiliarymedium,afiltershouldbeaddedtothepumpinlet:ifitcontainsferromagneticparticles,amagneticfilterisrequired.●Theambienttemperatureofthepumpshouldbelessthan40°Cduringuse,andthetemperatureriseofthemotorshouldnotexceed75°C.●The
