参照SGS的标准流程TheBSEN16001andISO/DIS50001certificationprocessissimilartothatoftheISO14001:2004andc***istsofthefollowingsixsteps:StepA–SGSprovidesyouwithaproposalbasedonthesizeandnatureofyourorganization.Youcanthenproceedwiththeauditbyacceptingtheproposal.StepB–YoumayaskSGStoperforma‘pre-audit’*togiveanindicationofthereadinessofyourorganizationfortheaudit.Thisstageisoptional,yetitisoftenfoundusefulinidentifyinganyweaknessesinyoursystemsandinbuildingconfidencebeforetheformalaudit.StepC–Thefirstpartoftheformalauditisthe‘Stage1–ReadinessReview’.Thisletsusevaluatethecomplianceofyourdocumentedsystemwiththerequirementsofthestandardtobetterunderstandthenatureofyourorganization,toplantherestoftheauditaseffectivelyaspossibleandtoinitiallyexaminekeyelementsofthesystem.Youwillreceiveareportafterthisstageidentifyinganyconcernsorobservednon-compliancessothatyoucantakeimmediateactionifrequired.StepD–Thisis‘Stage2’oftheinitialauditprocess.Theauditincludesinterviewswithyouandyourcolleaguesandexaminationofreco***.Observationofyourworkingpracticesdetermineshowcompliantyouractualprocessesarewiththestandardandwithyourowndocumentationsystem.Attheendofthisstage,wewillpresentthefindingsoftheauditclassifiedaseithermajororminornon-conformancesalongwithotherobservati***andopportunitiesforimprovement.Onceyouh***eaddressedthenon-conformities,atechnicalreviewoftheauditwillthenbeconductedbyanauthorizedSGSCertificationManagertoconfirmtheissuanceofacertificate.StepE–Oursurveillancevisitswillbescheduledateithersixortwelvemonthintervalsdependingonthecontract.Duringthevisits,wereviewtheimplementationoftheactionplanaddressingthepastnon-conformitiesandexaminecertainmandatoryandotherselectedpartsofthesysteminlinewithanauditplanthatweprovideyoubeforeeachvisit.StepF–Shortlybeforethethirdanniversaryoftheinitialcertification,ourroutinevisitwillbeextendedtoenableare-certificationaudit.Surveillancevisitswillthencontinue,asbefore,ona3-yearcycle.*PleasenotethatSGScanofferyouastand-alonepre-audit(gapanalysis).Thisservicecanbecarriedoutindependentlyofanycertificationactivity.)
