混流泵（二）开车前准备：1、检查地脚螺栓的坚固情况。2、检查传动皮带松紧程度及安装设备是否安装妥善。3、检查进、出水管是否进气、漏水。4、检查填料松紧是否适宜。5、检查电动机和水泵轴心线是否在同一直线上，直联时，电动机旋转方向是否符合泵的旋转方向。6、检查泵内有无障碍，轴是否卡住，用手转动应轻无杂音。II.PreparationBeforeStarting1.Checkthefoundationboltsiftheyarefirm.2.Checkthedegreeoftightnessofdrivebeltandchecktheinstallationifitissuitable.3.Checkthewater–inandoutpipesiftheyareleakingwaterandair.4.Checkthedegereeoftightnessofpaddingifitissuitable.5.Checkthemotorandpumpaxileleadiftheyareinthesamelineandcheckthedirectionofrotationofmotorifitisthesamewiththerotationdirectionofpump.6.Checkthepumpiftherearebarriers,iftheaxilelocks,thereshouldbenonoiseswhenturingitbyhand.8、水泵在冬季使用时，停车后应将水泵内和管道内的存水放尽以防冻裂。Ifusethepumpinwinter,plsrunoffthewaterfromthepumpandpipes.9、水泵每使用一个灌溉季节后，应更换润滑黄油后存放。Replacethelubricatingoilafterusingthepumpforoneirrigationseason.10、水泵工作满500小时，应仔细拆卸检查零件的磨损情况，如长期停用，应将运转部分拆下擦干上油妥善保管。4、叶轮表面的气蚀。由于叶片背水面运行时产生负压，当压力Pklt;Pva时，产生汽穴和蜂窝表面后，在电化学腐蚀作用下，使泵叶汽蚀。5、容积损失和机械损失。由于泵使用时间长，机械磨损产生漏失和阻力增大，使容积效率和机械效率降低。以上原因，使水泵性能变差。运行效率降低2～5%，严重的可以使水泵效率降低10%以上。)
