混流泵（一）试车：水泵在安装完毕后，必须试车，其目的：1、使各种配合部分运转协调。2、检查和消除安装中的毛病。3、检查水泵的转向是否符合要求I.TestRunDotestrunafterinstallationforthefollowingpurp1.Makeallpartscooperatewell.2.Checkandremovetheproblemsduringtheinstallation.3.Checkthediversionofpumpifitisuptothemustard.开车顺序：1、关闭出口闸阀2、将水注入水泵，以排除进水管及泵内空气，可从泵体顶端引水杯注入清水，也可用真空泵注水（开动真空泵，排除水泵及管内气体在水充满水泵的同时，起动水泵，打开闸阀，停止真空泵）。3、开启电动机（注意水泵的旋转方向）。4、当电动机正常运转后，逐步开大闸阀，达到所要求的工况后，调节填料松紧。若水泵运转，轴承温度等都正常，则可继续运行。III.StartingSequence1.Closetheouletsluicevalve.2.Injectwaterintopumptoremovetheairinwater-inpipeandpumpwhichcanrealizedbyinjectingclearwaterfromthewaterdiversioncupofthepumpbodyendorbyvacuumpump(startthevacuumpump,removetheairfrompumpandpipes,startthewaterpumpwhenthepumpisfullofwater,openthesluicevalve,stopthevacuumpump).3.Startthemotor(paymoreattentionontherotationdirectionofpump)4.Whenthemotorrunsnormally,turnupthesluicevalvegradually,adjustthetightnessofpaddingwhengettngtotherequiredworkingcondition.Ifthepumprunswell,thetemperatureofbearingisnormal,anditcanrunsequentially.不同用途水泵具有不同的用途，不同的输送液体介质，不同的流量、不同扬程的范围，因此，它的结构形式当然也不一样，材料也不同，概括起来，大致可以分为：1、城市供水2、污水系统3、土木、建筑系统4、农业水利系统5、电站系统6、化工系统7、石油工业系统8、矿山冶金系统9、轻工业系统10、船舶系统往复泵、柱塞泵、活塞泵、隔膜泵、转子泵、螺杆泵、液环泵、齿轮泵、滑片泵、罗茨泵、滚柱泵、凸轮泵、蠕动泵、扰性泵、叶片泵、离心泵、轴流泵、混流泵、漩涡泵、射流泵、喷射泵、水锤泵、真空泵、旋壳泵、软管泵、蜗杆泵)
